England Top talent agrees to sign new bumper £95,000-a-week deal at Leicester.
Leicester City have been handed a huge boost as James Maddison has reportedly signed a new £95,000 a week deal extending his stay at the club until 2025.
The 23-year-old is a highly rated talent after shining for the Foxes this season, and he has been linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium, with Manchester United interested in the talented England international.
It is reported that the club will announce Maddison’s new bumper deal at the end of the Premier League season sometime in the next week.
It would make the playmaker one of the highest earners at the club behind Jamie Vardy who is reportedly on £120,000 a week.
The midfielder has been an integral part of Leicester City’s side since he joined in 2018 from Norwich for £22m.
And with several clubs reportedly interested, Maddison extending his initial five-year deal is an important statement of intent by the East Midlands club.
This season the 23-year-old has scored nine goals and provided three assists across 38 games in all competitions for his beloved club Leicester City
